ULTRASOUND SIGNAL GENERATOR IC 4 ULTRASONIC transducer

Ultrasonic Frequency Generator IC.

New Microchip programmed with 3 different ULTRASONIC frequencies. Made for use with Ultrasonic transducers and other high frequency transducers.
Outputs Three SINGLE Frequencies. This is different from our Sweep frequency IC.

1. 20 kHz

2. 22.5 kHz

3. 25 kHz

Use it to drive an audio power amp, or IRF530 mosfet, or a darlington driver like ULN2803 or ULN2074 to amplify the signal. Great for experimenting with PHASOR pain field generators, dog training, etc.

Output is a square wave which can be amplified to drive a transducer. Should use an inductor in series with the transducer, to convert the squarewave into sinewave, which drives the transducer more efficiently. Frequency accuracy is about +/- 2%.

Can also be used as a Dog Whistle or Dog Trainer, and probably as an Insect Repellant too (since it outputs the mosquito repellant frequency). And can be used for experimenting with L R A D also.

Phaser technology is also a basis of L RAD non-lethal weapon devices which were recently used to defend US Cruise Ship against Pirates near Somalia (Nov. 2005). .
